Processing Time

All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time

The delivery time is 7 to 9 business days, which brings the total time (processing + shipping) to 8 to 12 business days from the date of your order.

Deliveries are handled by trusted partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of the amount.

Order Deadline

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00 – Eastern Time, New York) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
