Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@thecocktailstore.com

Always include your order number.
Clearly specify which product(s) you wish to return.

Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 days via the original payment method.

Return Method

Returns are made by post. After your request is approved:

You will receive a return form or a free return label to download and print.
The package must be sent to the address we will provide.

Return Fees

Returns are completely free.

No restocking fees apply.

Return Conditions

We accept returns of all products, whether defective or not.

We also accept returns of used products.

It is preferable to return the product in its original packaging when available.

Refunds

After inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation email stating your refund has been accepted. The refund will be processed within a few days using the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for another, that’s possible.

If the new item is more expensive, we will send you a gift card equal to the value of your return to complete your new order.
If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
